4 days is recommended for those hiring on Weekends.
For 4 day hire on weekends we recommend selecting a Wednesday dispatch.
We always recommend selecting a dispatch date at least 2 business days before your event.
8 DAY HIRE
8 days is recommended for all Mid-Week events and customers who would like to allow extra time for any potential delays.
For 8 day hire for weekends we generally recommend a Monday dispatch date for a weekend hire and up to 5 business days prior to your hire if it is a weekday hire.
For all other 8 day hires we generally recommend allowing 3-4 days to get to you. Mid-week hires are recommended to hire 8 days to ensure the previous weekend is not booked out.
As most of our hires take place on a weekend this ensures that there is no delay in us getting it back from the previous customer.
If your return date lands on a weekend you are not required to return it until the next business day.

DISPATCH DATE AND DELIVERY
Our hire is by Dispatch Date which is the date your order will be sent from our Melbourne store.
We offer two postal services: Star Track Premium delivery and Australia Post Express Post. We recommend selecting a dispatch date at least 2 days before your required date. We do not deliver on weekends.
StarTrack Premium Delivery:
We now offer OVERNIGHT POSTAGE* using our StarTrack Premium Delivery service. This network is the most reliable postage network and delivers overnight to most metro areas. Please allow 2 business days for those located in WA, NT, and rural locations.
Australia Post Express Post Delivery:
We also offer Express Post service by Australia Post. This is our standard postage option which arrives within 1- 5 business days. Please check on current delays in the network and always allow extra time accordingly.
Any queries regarding postage time frames or dispatch date information please contact us prior to booking.
All postage orders include a free return label. This is with Australia post and can be lodged at a YELLOW express box or an Australia Post store. Simply place your label provided over the current postage label reusing the box provided. If your label has been misplaced please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your box has been damaged or misplaced please use a suitable replacement to send your item back in.
In the unlikely event that you returned your rental item back late, you will incur late fees. Late fees do not include postage delays. Your return date is when your item is lodged in the Post office or YELLOW express post box. If your return date lands on a weekend it is not required to be sent back until the next business day (aka Monday or Tuesday if a public holiday).

If your dress doesn't fit or isn't right for any reason please submit you returns request through our returns portal (here).

Collections can only be selected during our opening hours here.
Please note there may be changes to our opening hours during holiday periods and our most up date hours are always on Google.
Any pickups during days we are closed will not be able to picked up until the next day that we are open.
