- How can I try on my dress prior to my event?

- How do I know what dispatch date to select?
For weekend hires we recommend a Monday dispatch date. This requires an 8-day hire period to be selected. This is due to the postage times it takes to get from our store (Melbourne) to Perth.
For regional WA customers please select the Thursday or Friday a week BEFORE you want it arrive as it can sometimes take over 5 business days.

- What if it does not arrive on time?
If for some reason your item is delayed please jump on and contact Australia Post via chat or phone to see where your delivery may be.
Unfortunately, we can only see the same information as you so it's best to contact them regarding your delivery.
If your item doesn't arrive on time due to Postage Delays we will of course issue you a Credit Note as per our Terms & Conditions upon the item being returned to us unworn and within 24 hours of it being received by you.
- How do I return my dress?
Sustainability is important to us - that's why we post our items in reusable cardboard boxes! Return postage is covered in the postage price.
To return your item you simply need to replace the original shipping label on the box with the return sticker label that arrived inside your box with your item!
