Postage, Returns & Cancellations

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

We offer return overnight delivery across Australia for just $21. Please check that your postcode is listed in the National Express Post Network. If your postcode is not inside the National Express Post Network we unfortunately cannot guarantee Next-Day Delivery however, most orders will arrive within 2 business days. Please place your order by no later than 12PM AEST the day before you would like it to arrive. All orders come with a free express post return sticker.

Flat rate shipping for ALL Australian locations. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

All orders come with a free return sticker. All you need to do is place the item safely in the box or satchel provided and put the new sticker over the previous and take it to your nearest Australia Post or Express Post Box (the yellow ones!) by no later than 4pm on your last day of rental.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following conditions:

You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

Cancellation fourteen (14) or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full store credit for the Rental Fee associated with the cancelled order. This credit can be applied to any future rental placed within 6 months of the cancellation date.

All cancellations will be given a store credit to be used within a 6 month expiry. Please note we do not refund cancellations.

Please note:

If you contact us to cancel your order after we’ve dispatched your dress, we will issue a cancellation fee of $25 + the cost of shipping. Please simply accept the order from the courier, email us at info@herstyleau.com.au and replace the address label with the one provided in your box and return it at an Express post box or office within 24 hours of signing the receipt of delivery. Your credit note will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the dress by us upon checking that the item was not used.

DOESN'T FIT

If it doesn't fit/isn't right for you for any reason please email us at info@herstyleau.com.au within 24 hours.

We require that the dress is unworn and in the same condition sent to you and returned to a post office box within 24 hours of being received.

We will issue a credit note for the garment minus shipping costs.

Her Style AU reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time should an item become unavailable through damage, not returned from previous hire, or be in a condition deemed as unsatisfactory for hire.
